This unique tailored service has been developed over a considerable period of time, taking into account feed back from Players, Parents, Coaches, Clubs and officials. Only then could be we see a pattern forming, in that major gaps in advice and guidance were evident in and around a players development. We identified that a Player and his family not only needed initial searching and club
signing advice, but ongoing support in all aspects of their and their families development.

So therefore we introduced our Career and Personal Development Plan (CPDP) structure, which also included personal and profesional targets.

This plan was achieved by ensuring we completely understood our Player and both his and his immediate families short term and long term needs, wants and desires.

Our partners take care of the weekly Mental coaching sessions and sports medical supervision of all Loyal Sports player. They are known for the thorough work method which its main concern is : personal attention and a permanent results always comes first.
